Due to the intimate nature of our products, Adam4Adam's Sex Toy Store for Gay Men only accepts returns on unopened, factory-sealed items or defective apparel within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, any item that has been removed from its original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Securely pack the items in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure prompt processing.
